| 摘 要： | OBE（Outcomes—based Education）最初来源于加拿大的职业培训教育，在国内又被称为“成果导向”教育模式。基于OBE模式的《客房服务与管理》课程开发，首先必须按行业要求确定培养目标，采用阶段性的评价方式，合理安排教学活动和内容，利用多样化的教学方法提高教学质量，加快课程改革。

| Abstract: | Outcomes- based Education originally comes from the vocational training education ofCanada, also known as ＂Outcomes oriented＂ education mode in China. In terms of the development ofthe curriculum of room service and management based on the mode of OBE, first of all, training targetmust be determined in accordance with the requirements of industry, periodic evaluation method adopt-ed, teaching activities and the content reasonably arranged, diversified teaching methods used to improve the teaching quality and accelerate the reform of the course. |
