某型航空发动机前支承动刚度的有限元分析

摘    要:对某型航空发动机前支承结构的简化问题进行了探讨,根据实际发动机图纸利用UG软件建立了前支承结构三维实体模型。利用ANSYS软件对该模型进行了模态计算,得到前八阶模态。根据谐响应分析基本理论,对前支承结构进行了谐响应分析,求得静子支承系统前支承在简谐激振力下的频率响应曲线。根据动刚度定义利用MATALB编程计算得出了静子支承系统前支承动刚度曲线。

Abstract:The paper explores the rational simplification of an aero - engine front support structure. According to the real engine design drawings, the front support structure model is established using UG software. Finite element method is adopted in calculating the modes using ANSYS, obtaining the top eight orders of modes. According to harmonic response analysis of the basic theory, the front support structure model is analyzed and under harmonic excitation force, the frequency response curve of the front support is obtained. According to the definition of dynamic stiffness, this paper calculates the front support dynamic stiffness curve using MATLAB.
