| 摘 要： | PIC16F627是集成片上闪存(1k～2kbits)和在线编程接口(ICSP)的单片机,性价比很高。但目前的编程器主要是多功能编程器,价格昂贵。笔者提出了一个基于ICSP的简易编程器方案,它以AT89C2051为控制核心,通过RS232接口与计算机相连,计算机中的软件用Delphi5.0实现,价格低廉,适合个人制作、使用。

| Abstract: | PIC16F627is a cheap and powerful MCU(micro control unit)with on-chip flash-RAM(1k-2k bits)and In-Circuit Serial Programming(ICSP)functions.But the programmer is expensive because the programmer is multifunctional.This paper gives a simple and very cheap design of ICSP.It is very useful for a personal maker.The main controller of the design is AT89C2051,the chip communicates with PC through RS232,and the software in PC is programmed with the help of Delphi5.0. |
