摘    要:利用高压气-固燃烧合成法,以TiSi2和SiC为原料制备了Si3N4-TiN-SiC复相陶瓷,实验中发现反应过程中出现的液相降低了产物的转子率;分析了稀释剂对产物的转化率与燃烧温度的影响及氮气压力在燃烧中的作用;解决了液相,稀剂和燃烧温度之间的矛盾,即通过提高氮气压力来完成。

Abstract:Si 3N 4-TiN-SiC Multiphase ceramics was produced by self propagating high temperature synthesis with TiSi 2 and SiC. The liquid phases produced during combustion of TiSi 2 and N 2 will decrease conversion factor of the products. The effect of the dilution and nitrogen pressure on the conversion of the products and combustion temperature was analyzed. The contradictory of liquid phases, dilution and combustion temperature was resolved by increasing nitrogen pressure. Decrease of porosity was resulted from the volume expansion of discomposed TiSi 2,the volume expansion of Si transformed to Si 3N 4 at high temperature. The nitride mechanism of TiSi 2 was studied.TiN was first synthesized,then Si 3N 4 was formed.
