摘    要:简单介绍了某运载火箭推进剂利用系统及其地面测试系统的工作原理,针对试验中出现的故障问题进行综合试验,采用试验分析的方法,深入研究了试验过程及试验数据,进行精确故障定位,采用修正的判断准则对系统进行改进,试验证明改进效果良好,很好地解决了故障问题。

Abstract:This paper presents the working principle of rocket propellant control system and its ground testing system. Complex tests for the faults in the test process are carried out. The test analysis method is adopted to find out the precise fault locations on the basis of study of the test process and test data. Then the judge rule is amended to reform the whole system. Finally, the complex tests prove that the reform and amendment of the system is effective.
