| 摘 要： | 针对以往关于两点法测量直线度的文献中要求两传感器端部严格对齐的问题，进行了数学分析和计算机仿真，证明对齐误差并不影响最后的误差分离准确度，同时可在一定程度上降低对传感器安装误差的要求。

| Abstract: | Through the mathematical analysis and the computer simulation, a conclusion has been drawn that the transducers installation error in two point method of the straightness measurement will not affect the accuracy of the error separation. Therefore the installation error of the two transducers can be reduced in some degree. |
