超声喷丸强化7075-T651铝合金表面性能研究

摘    要:采用普通喷丸与超声喷丸两种加工方法对7075-T651铝合金进行处理.分别观察其表面形貌并对其力学性能进行测试.结果表明:超声喷丸处理后材料表面粗糙度值仅为普通喷丸试件的35.5%:两种处理方法对材料均有不同程度的表层硬化作用,超声喷丸处理后试件表面硬化程度略高,其引入的最大压缩残余应力较普通喷丸增大了31.9%.

Abstract:Traditional and ultrasonic shot peening are applied on aluminum alloy 7075-T651 respectively.Surface profiles are observed and the mechanical properties are tested.The result indicates that surface roughness of ultrasonic shot peening specimen is 35.5% of the traditional shot peening one, and both these two processes could make the surface hardened to some degree, while the hardening effectiveness of ultrasonic shot peening is a little higher, and the maximum compressive residual stress of ultrasonic shot peening specimen is increased by 31.9% compared to the traditional shot peening one.
