摘    要:本文论述了内相结构对乳化柴油的稳定性和燃烧性能的影响。通过观察、测量和实验证实了乳化柴油中分散相的尺寸和分布状况,不仅关系到乳化柴油的稳定性和粘度,同时还影响其在柴油中的燃烧效果。实验也给出了分散相的平均直径与掺水率、添加剂用量和制备参数的关系。 实验还证实了从加强微爆和减少冷却损失出发,采用掺水量大的乳化柴油较为适宜。供油持续时间的增加,可以通过适当加大喷孔直径予以解决。

Abstract:The effects of internal phase construction on the stability and combustion characteristics of emulsified diesel oil were discussed in this paper.It was confirmed by observation,measurement and experiment that the dimension and distribution situation of dispersing phase of emulsified diesel oil affected not only the stability and viscosity of emulsified diesel oil but also the combustion results of diesel engine.The correlations between dispersing phase mean diameter and water addition rate,emulsified agent and fabrication parameters were given by the experiments as well.It was also confirmed by the experiments that for the purpose of strengthening microexplosions and reducing cooling losses,using emulsified diesel oil with higher water addition rate was favourable.The oil nozzle diameter may be increased appropriately to avoid increasing the time for fuel supply.
