摘    要:为提高某压气机封严篦齿盘均压孔的疲劳强度,根据均压孔的具体结构形式,设计了三种冷挤压强化方法:单侧多次挤雎法、柱形头挤压法和T形头挤压法.用两种材料(不锈钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoV和镍基高温合金3Y1742)设计加工了带孔薄板模拟件,用上述三种强化方法对孔边进行了强化,同时进行了室温和高温两种温度下的高周疲劳对比试验...

Abstract:In order to enhance the fatigue strength of the pressure equalizing hole on labyrinth seal disc for a compressor,three kinds of coldworking techniques with different processes have been designed, i. e .:one-sided multiple extrusion process,cylindrical extrusion process and T shape extrusion process.High cycle fatigue tests of sheet metal specimen made of two kinds of materials with hole were conducted under room temperature and high temperature in three different processes.Test results indicate that sheet metal with coldworking hole produced in T shape extrusion process can efficiently enhance the fatigue strength.
