同极型结构和零偏置电流控制对磁悬浮轴承损耗影响的试验分析

摘    要:设计了性能参数相同的同极型和异极型径向磁悬浮轴承并应用于磁悬浮轴承转子试验系统,同时在轴向自由度分别采用有偏置和零偏置电流控制方式,通过试验系统的自由降速试验分析了不同径向磁悬浮轴承结构和轴向电流控制方式对支承损耗的影响.结果表明,同时采用径向同极型结构和轴向零偏置电流控制方式能有效减少磁悬浮轴承的能量损失,对提高伞电...

Abstract:Homopolar radial active magnetic bearing (AMB) and axial zero-bias current control were introduced into the AMB system in this paper.Influence on power loss of AMB by the two methods was investigated by actual operation of the system.The results show that these two methods can reduce power loss of AMB effectively,and can also be applied to improve efficiency of aero engine as compared with heteropolar radial AMB and axial bias current control.
