| 摘 要： | 从考察危害国际航空犯罪的立法现状出发，在对有关国际公约及各国相关立法的表现形式、性质归属、规定内容诸方面比较分析的基础上，集中探讨了危害国际航空犯罪的惩治实现问题，特别是对实现危害国际航空犯罪的两个主要途径－－刑事管辖权的确定和引滤提出了自己的设想。

| Abstract: | Starting from the present legislation in offense against international aviation security, this paper compares and analyzes relevant international conventions and individual states' legislation in terms of forms, characteristics and contents. The focal point is on the punishment of the crime, more notable are the authors' viewpoints on two major channels of cracking it down-determination of criminal jurisdiction and extradition. |
