摘    要:在以往直升机科研试飞阶段,往往需要借助飞行参数记录器中记录下的飞行数据,并以此作为依据开展飞控系统排故和控制率调参工作。由于飞行参数记录器中记录的飞控系统参数的更新周期为250ms,不能满足飞控系统实时性的要求;而且飞行参数记录器所记录的对象是面对全机的,所以分配给飞控系统的存储空间有限,导致飞控系统参数记录的数据不全面。因此在某型直升机科研试飞阶段,需要一个飞控系统专用的数据记录器,用以实时记录下飞控系统所有的飞行参数及故障信息。文章提出并实现了一种用于实时记录飞控系统飞行参数的数据记录器。

Abstract:In the helicopter flight test, resolve the AFCS fault or optimize the parameters in control -law is always based on the data, which were recorded in FDR. As the data were recorded 1 time per 250ms, and the memory, which were supplied to AFCS, in FDR were limited, the AFCS pa- rameters recorded in FDR were not whole. A special data recorder, which can record the whole AF- CS parameters in real -time, was needed. In this paper, a data recorder like this came true.
