Abstract:Nondestructive test (NDT) and nondestructive evaluation (NDE)technigue plays an important role in the development of solid rocket motors. This paperpresents recent overseas progress in NDT and NDE technigue for solid rocket motors,demonstrates that it is one of the critical technigues in ensuring the quality and reliabilityof solid rocket motors and predicts future trend of the progress.
