高速无刷直流电机在磁悬浮惯性执行机构中的应用研究进展

摘    要:为了满足新一代卫星平台高精度、高稳定度的需求,研制了一种磁悬浮惯性执行机构用功耗低、精度高、体积小、重量轻的高速无刷直流电机,提出了多约束条件下电机定子结构和转子磁体结构的设计优化原则及方法,并就高精度的锁相速度控制以及铁耗和转矩脉动的抑制方法进行了研究.对比分析了国内外高速永磁无刷直流电机在磁悬浮惯性执行机构中的应用研究现状,指明了所提出的设计原则和控制方法对提高磁悬浮惯性执行机构整体性能的有效性.
