摘    要:研究周期性电热除冰系统加热控制律对表面温度的影响是进行系统设计和优化的前提.在采用焓法模型对二维电热除冰系统矩形单元的瞬态传热模型进行建模的基础上, 采用控制容积法全隐格式求解控制微分方程, 对周期性电热除冰表面的温度进行了计算.分析了影响表面温度的主要因素, 得到表面温度与加热控制律的关系, 结果表明:供电热流密度的大小和供电周期对系统除冰效果有重要影响, 需要合理匹配.

Abstract:The system design and optimization depends upon the research on the effect of electro-heating pulse of periodic electro-thermal deicing system on surface temperature.In this paper,periodic deicing surface temperature was calculated based on transient heat transfer modeling of two-dimensional rectangular elements of the system,while the governing differential equations were solved by using Control Volume Method.The main influential factors to surface temperature was also analyzed,helping to obtain the relationship between surface temperature and electro-heating pulse.The results indicate that,power supply density and electro-heating cycle play an important role on the effect of deicing requiring proper matching.
