摘    要:主要介绍了多光谱温度测量技术的理论基础、试验测量方法的建立和试验数据的处理方法.对熔融40钢表面温度进行测量验证了试验方法;通过选取不同波段进行处理,并对比处理所得温度值验证了本方法与所选波段的无关性.试验结果表明,试验测得的温度与铁的熔点相比误差在5%以内,验证了该方法的可行性和可靠性.该方法克服了其它方法很难准确测得高温固体表面温度的缺点,在高温固体表面温度测量方面有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:The application of the technology of multi-spectrum in measuring the surface temperature of materials is introduced in this paper.The theoretical academic basis of multi-spectrum in measuring the surface temperature of materials,the establishment of the measuring way and the processing of test data are presented.The testing technique has been validated through measuring the surface temperature of molten 40#steel.Different wave bands have been chosen to validate that the test results are incorrelate with the wavelength.Relative error is in 5% by comparing the testing temperature with the steel melting point to make sure this technologies is feasible and credible.This technology can overcome the disadvantage of other technologies that are difficult to measure the surface temperature of the high-temperature solid,and can be widely used in surface temperature measuring of the high-temperature solid.
