| 摘 要： | 迎着知识经济和军事经济的到来，现代军事科技和现代战争模式从根本上发生了翻天覆地的变化。本文围绕现代战争的模式和特点，着重阐述了如何找准现代武器装备建设的切人点和支撑点。应用现代新材料、新技术、新工艺，使现代高新技术武器装备建设驶入一条高速度、高技术、高质量发展的快车道。
