摘    要:使用氧化锆分析仪测量气体中氧浓度时发现,压力和速度可能对测量值有影响。本文组建实验系统并进行实验研究,用氧气和空气混合制成高氧气浓度气体,用氧气和二氧化碳混合制成低氧气浓度气体,分别研究了压力和速度对不同氧气浓度下氧化锆分析仪测量值的影响。结果表明,氧化锆分析仪在直接插入式安装时,存在最大使用压力;在最大使用压力以下测量时,气体压力对测量值无影响。压力超过最大使用压力时,高氧气浓度下,随着压力升高,测量值减小;低氧气浓度下,随着压力升高,测量值增加。气流速度对分析仪的测量值无影响。

Abstract:The gas pressure and velocity maybe affect the measurements when using the zirconia oxygen analyzer to measure the oxygen concentration.In this paper,an experimental study was made to investigate the effect of the pressure and velocity on measurements in different oxygen concentration gases.High oxygen concentration gas was achieved by blending air and oxygen.Low oxygen concentration gas was obtained by mixing carbon dioxide and oxygen.The results show that the gas pressure must be lower than the maxmum application pressure(MAP) when the analyzers were directly installed into the system.Within MAP,the gas pressure has no effect on the measurements.For pressure exceeding the MAP in high oxygen concentration,the measurement result of oxygen concentartion decreases with the increase of pressure.However,the rules are inversed in low oxygen concentration.The gas velocity has no effect on the measurements of the analyzer.
