CRM训练效果评估指标体系的研究

摘    要:机组资源管理(Crew Resource Management,CRM)是目前解决人机界面、优化人员活动、协调相互关系的有效途径,在世界民航领域得到了广泛接受。本研究依据机组资源管理实际训练内容,以柯氏模型为基础,从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层提出CRM训练评估指标;针对CRM训练效果评估指标,运用层次分析法对各个指标赋予权重,建立了完整的CRM训练评估指标体系,为航空公司开展CRM的训练效果评估提供了依据。

Abstract:Crew Resource Management (CRM)is an effective way to improve the coordination and behavior of crew members and is widely accepted in global aviation. According to the content of CRM training, this paper proposes CRM evaluation indexes from four levels based on Kirk Patrick evaluation model. The research establishes evaluation model of CRM training effectiveness and de- fines the influence sequence of the evaluation indexes based on principle of AHP. It could provide the theory reference for airlines carrying out the evaluation of CRM training.
