摘    要:本文首先阐述了空中交通运输现状,重申了复杂性研究的重要性。为了正确评估管制能力、预测扇区容量,需要采取与管制复杂性相结合的工作负荷评估方法。本文以乌鲁木齐进近01、02号扇区为例,研究了在扇区复杂性相似的情况下,由于交通流差异造成的管制复杂性差异对管制员工作负荷权值以及扇区容量的影响。

Abstract:This paper begins by describing the current situation of air transport, reiterating the importance of research on complexity. In order to assess control capability and predict sector capacity in a more accurate way, we need to combine control complexity into the process of evaluating control workload. Taking Urumqi 01 and 02 Sector for example, the paper analyzes the two sectors differences in terms of control workload weights and sector capacity caused by ATC complexity on the basis of the fact that the two sectors are similar in sector configuration.
