| 摘 要： | 产学研结合是高等职业教育办出特色的必由之路，传统产学结合存在许多弊端，建立互惠双赢的新型合作模式，不仅是产学结合的切入点，也是合作互动的基本保证。同时阐述了在新的经济发展时期新型产学合作关系建立的原则和运行机制及保障机制。
