| 摘 要： | 介绍了多测头平面度误差分离的几种方法,包括递推逐次两点法、最小二乘逐次两点法、二维频域直线三点法等,并对这些方法存在的问题作了简要说明。最后指出相对于直线度误差分离技术已经趋于成熟而言,平面度误差分离技术还存在诸多问题有待于解决。

| Abstract: | Introduces some measuring methods of flatness error separation technique,including TSTP,least-square serial two-point method,frequency-domain linear three-point method and so on,and have carried out brief analysis for these methods.Compared with straightness error separating technique,flatness error separation technique still has many questions not have been solved. |
