天线单元组件检测系统设计

摘    要:结合实际产品研制情况,分析了雷达关键件——天线单元组件特性。根据组件的特点和精度要求,研制出一种组件检测系统。该系统具有精度高、操作简便等特点,能对天线单元组件的工艺装配进行快速有效的检测。生产实践表明,由检测系统来完成组件装配的检测不仅提高了组件的加工效率和加工质量,还对推进机械加工自动化的发展具有重要意义。
