| Abstract: | Analyzing the three-level structure of the civil aviation transportation and the nature of regional air transportations.It summarized the characteristics of regional routes of air transportation and makes a special reference in the research to the experience of air transportations in developed countries. Policy-support concept and method are also proposed in the paper,aimed at speeding up the development of China's regional air transportations. |
