摘    要:本文论述了激光散斑法层析再现三维温度场的原理,提出了非像面散斑测量三维温度场的方法,并测定了水介质恒定温度场分布。实验结果表明该方法的有效性和准确性。该方法具有环境要求低、精度高等优点,是一种较为理想的非接触式光学测温方法。

Abstract:This paper disscussed the principle of laser speckle tomographic technique of 3 - D temperature field. The method of non-image speckle measuring 3-D temperature field is presented. The water's constant temperature field is measured. The results shows that the method is effective and accurative. The advantage of the method is easy and sensitive. It has more practical value to measure 3-D temperature field.
