摘    要: 本文利用模糊ISODATA聚类分析的方法对切削加工状态进行了模糊模式识别,并就此方法中的初始矩阵Ufo的选择原则做了进一步地探讨,最后把这种方法与模糊等价矩阵聚类分析法进行了比较分析。结果表明,把模糊模式识别应用于金属切削加工状态的识别是切实可行的,且识别精度高、识别运算简单、具有实时性,从而为切削加工过程的实时识别与控制提供了基础。

Abstract:The fuzzy ISODATA (Iterative Self-Organization Data)clustering method is adopted for classification of individual samples so as to generate the cluster centers immediately, and consequently the samples to be recognized can be identified. The selection principle of initialization matrix Ufo for this method is also discussed. The fuzzy ISODATA method is compared with the fuzzy equivalent matrix method in recognization and calculation of metal cutting states. The results prove that both fuzzy pattern recognition methods are quite applicable to recognition of the metal cutting states, and they can improve the accuracy of pattern recognition and simplify the calculation, so that they are advantageous to realizing the real time recognition and adaptive control of the metal cutting states.
