摘    要: 根据现代战斗机型号工程质量标准,考虑系统设计要求和用户需求,建立了新的战斗机型号工程评价指标体系。应用粗糙集理论对典型的第三代以上战斗机机型的各种指标数据进行挖掘,利用信息熵概念求得各指标的属性重要度,并将其权值化处理为各指标的权系数,克服了传统权系数确定方法的主观性。最后,建立战斗机型号工程综合评价决策模型并通过实例说明其可行性和有效性。

Abstract:An index system is proposed,which is based on the quality standards of the modern combat aircraft program engineering,the requirements of the system design and the needs of the user.The rough set theory is applied to explore the index data of the third generation combat aircraft programs.The conception of information entropy is used to determine the significance of each index,and then,the significance of attributes is shift to weighting coefficients.The proposed approach overcomes the subjectivity of traditional determination to weighting coefficient.At last,the comprehensive evaluation decision model of the combat aircraft program engineering is set.The feasibility and validity of the model is verified with a case study.
