| Abstract: | The study results on the obligation of director can be used to monitor directors for doing their best, preventing them from power abuse and protecting the benefits of corporation and shareholders. The establishment of modern enterprise system for defense and military science and technology and the improvement of corporation rule can restrain the behavior of enterprise leader and high level supervisor. |
