摘    要:转差是双轴式发动机交付验收参数之一 ,交付发动机的转差是依据该型的标准转差线图调整和确定的 ,标准转差线图确定得合适程度关系到发动机外场使用的性能、稳定性和可靠性。本文比较系统地论述了双轴式涡喷发动机的转差线图的制作和使用 ,分析了转差线图上、下限界对发动机的影响 ,提出了用工作点检查法和稳定工作裕度检查法解决转差线图上、下限界的确定问题。解决了某新机转差线图的确定依据。本方法可用于新机研制中标准的转差线图确定 ,建议二种检查方法结合使用

Abstract:The revolution difference is one of the delivery acceptance test parameters for a two spool turbojet engine.It is adjusted according to a standard revolution map which was established specially for this type of engine.The level of appropriateness of the established map will affect the operating performance,stability and reliability for the engine usage.This paper expounds the establishment of the standard revolution difference map and its usage for a two spool turbojet engine.The uppermost and lowermost limits of the revolution difference map will affect the engine operation.To define the uppermost and lowermost limits two methods were suggested:operation point checking method and stable working range checking method.These two methods are suggested to be jointly used.These methods have been proved successful in a new engine development.
