内窥镜检测方法技术研究

摘    要:通过对内窥镜检测技术的归纳、分析,并根据液体火箭发动机的结构特点和常见缺陷情况,提出了采用制作、积累缺陷样件,将内窥镜检查技术与计算机技术相结合的方法,实现对发动机内表面缺陷及多余物的定性、测量的实验方案。在试验基础上,对各种内表面缺陷在内窥镜中的形貌特征及判断方法进行了描述,并根据多组试验数据,制作了内窥镜检查的缺陷尺寸对比曲线。同时介绍了该方法在液体火箭发动机各重要零、部、组件上的应用情况。

Abstract:By analysis of check technique for endoscope combined with computer, this paper gives experimental method of qualitative and measuring of engine inner surface fault and residual substance according to structural properties and fault for liquid propellant rocket engine. On the basis of test, appearance feature in endoscope and judgement method are discussed for inner surface faults. Correlation curve of fault dimension for endoscope check is made by groups of test data. The method is introduced for application of assembly parts in liquid propellant rocket engine.
