摘    要:针对预警卫星系统在对中段弹道导弹目标进行多任务预警时效能评估能力不足的问题,提出了一种基于模糊综合法的效能评估方法,拓展了预警卫星系统效能评估的应用范围。根据预警卫星系统的组成与工作流程,从预警任务、传感器使用、数据融合等角度构建了评估指标体系,建立了各指标的定量计算模型。对各指标使用的隶属度函数进行模糊化,利用模糊变换理论建立了系统效能综合评估模型,介绍了其具体实现过程。仿真实验验证了该评估方法的有效性。该方法为预警卫星系统效能指标的优化设计提供了思路。

Abstract:The capability of effectiveness evaluation of early warning satellite system for multi-missions of the midcourse target is relatively weak. Thus, a comprehensive evaluation method based on the fuzzy theory is proposed to expand the applied scope of effectiveness evaluation. Firstly, based on the operational process and composition of the early warning satellite system, a series of indexes about system effectiveness are proposed, and the quantitative calculation model of each index is established. Then, the comprehensive evaluation model composed of fuzzification indexes using membership function is established based on the fuzzy theory, and the achievement process is introduced specifically. Finally, simulation results prove the validity of the method, and some helpful conclusions of index optimization design are made to improve system effectiveness.
