故障预测与健康管理半物理实时仿真验证研究

摘    要:针对故障预测与健康管理(PHM)验证方式,对飞机机电系统 PHM 验证手段进行了研究,设计了一种机电系统 PHM 半物理实时仿真验证平台,能够模拟机电系统典型工作状态和故障状态,向飞机管理计算机仿真机提供仿真机电系统特性的接口信号,完成机电系统故障注人,直观显示故障诊断结果,支持 PHM 故障诊断推理技术的功能和性能验证。该平台能够为 PHM故障诊断推理技术提供与应用环境一致的通用化、全过程的验证环境,提高 PHM 技术的成熟性和可靠性,促进相关技术的深入研究和 PHM 技术工程应用进程。

Abstract:In view of Prognostic and Health Management (PHM) validation methods .the airerafmechanical and electrical system PHM validation methods were studied ,a PHM semi-physical real.time simulation verification platfomm of mechanical and electrical system is designed. it can simulatethe typical working condition an fault condition of mechanical and electrical system , provided to theaireraft management simulator of the mechanical and electrical system interface signals, completefault injection ,and visual display , support the function and performance of fault diagnosis reasoningPHM technology verification. This platfomm can provide a universal and whole-process verificationenvironment consistent with consistent with the application environment for PHM fault diaenosis andreasoning technology ,improve the maturity and reliability of PHM technology ,promote the in-depthresearch of related technology and PHM technology engineering application process.
