基于模块的民用涡桨支线飞机装配结构树研究

摘    要:文章阐述了产品结构树和产品坐标系的构建和定义原则,通过对民用涡桨支线飞机基于模块的飞机装配结构树的研究,按照民用飞机研制特点,基于数字化设计平台,提出了采用全机坐标系和部件坐标系方法建立飞机产品的装配结构树,可实现模块的重用性,发挥模块化设计优势,从而,为飞机方案优化和飞机系列化发展提供解决方案。

Abstract:This paper expounds the principles of building and defining product structure tree andproduct coordinate system. ''Through the research on module-based aircraft assembly structure tree ofcivil turbo-prop regional aireraft, according to the development characteristics of civil aircraft andbased on digital design platform ,the method of building aircraft product assembly structure tree by u.sing full-aireraft coordinate system and component coordinate system is proposed, which can realizethe reusability of modules and give full play to the advantages of modular design , thus providing asolution for the optimization of aireraft scheme and the development of aireraft serialization.
