H2O对PAN/DMSO纺丝溶液流变学性质的影响

摘    要:研究了以H2O为添加剂的PAN/DMSO纺丝溶液的性质.考察了添加剂的量对纺丝溶液的流变曲线及黏度的影响.结果表明,在一定温度下,随着H2O量的增加,流变曲线先是下移,然后上移;另外,在一定的剪切速率和温度下,随着加H2O量的增加,体系的黏度同样先是降低然后又增加,黏度有极小值出现,并随着温度的变化黏度极小值出现的位置也发生变化.

Abstract:H_2O as a non-solvent is added to PAN/DMSO solution at different wt%.The rheological properties of PAN solution in DMSO solvent and DMSO/H_2O mixture solvent are investigated and compared.For the system of PAN/DMSO/H_2O,with increasing H_2O content in the mixed solvents the rheological curves go down first and then go up comparing with the system of PAN/DMSO.More noticeable differences are observed on the viscosity curves.The viscosities of the PAN/DMSO/H_2O solution are also decreased initially,and then increased with the increase of non-solvent concentration in the solution.In the curves,there is a minimum viscosity that moves gradually along the direction of x axis with the increases of temperature.
