球面三角在飞机设计制造中的应用

摘    要:球面三角在飞机设计制造中应用较多。它可根据飞机理论图给出的条件,计算有关飞机结构中的空间角度,用以设计和绘制飞机模线,作为制造飞机样板→模具→零件的原始依据,以保征飞机装配的协调。本文根据作者的亲身实践,介绍了在若干机种上成功运用球面三角的典型实例。

Abstract:In this paper, the application of spherics to airplane design and manufacture is discussed,which mainly refers to a model-shape design of the airplane. Spherics is utilized by means of the given conditions from theoretical scheme of airplane so that some space angles relating to the construction of airplane can be calculated. Therefore, the model-shape design of the airplane is made using the calculated angles, then template, moulds and spare parts of airplane can be manufactured in turn so as to guarantee coordination in airplane assembly.The author used to join in the research and design for some types of airplane as an experienced engineer. Especially, hundreds of space angles of airplane construction were calculated,and the results were satisfactory without any mistakes. It demonstrates that the calculation method by spherics for space angles of airplane construction is very useful with quick results and high accuracy.
