气泡雾化喷嘴的试验研究

摘    要:进行了组不同结构形式的气泡雾化喷嘴的试验研究,初步试验结果表明:这种新型喷嘴对液体介质粘度不敏感,在小气液比条件下获得了很好的雾化效果,雾化性能明显优于从国外引进的某些空气雾化喷嘴,该成果已于1993年2月7日被授予中华人民共和国实用型专利。

Abstract:This thesis includes three parts.Firstly, based on the theory of two-phase flow, some important parameters of the effervescent atomization injector. including the throat diameter, the number of gas holes and their diameters and distribution, were determined. The feasibility of the effervescent atomization injector was proved theoretically. and two series of test units, with 22 different geometrical vescent atomization in jector,including the throat diameter,the number of gas holes and their diameters and distribution,were determined.The feasibility of the effervescent atomization in jector was proved theoretically,and two series of test units,with 22 aifferent geometrical parameters, were designed and made.Secondly, tests were carried out with those test units for four different fluids to investigate the characteristics of nozzle flow rate and atomization. These tests were to verify the reliability of the theoretical design. With the results obtained. the proper throat diameter, the number of gas holes and their diameters and distributions were properly determined so that the effervescent atomization injector could be adapted to the atomization of both high viscosity and low air-liquid ratio media.Finally. the effects of the non-uniformed distribution of gas holes on atomization was investigated. The characteristics of mass flow were obtained both theoretically and experimentally. And it leads to a new way of the atomization of both high viscosity medium and low airliquid ratio.This research was given the pratical new patent of the People's Republic of China in May, 1992.
