| 摘 要： | 专业技术职务评聘正常化后,对专业技术人员定期进行考核评价是人事管理部门一项经常性的工作。专业技术人员的考评具有多指标和模糊性的特点。本文给出了一种考核的方法,同时提供了计算机辅助实现考核的模糊综合评价的算法和程序。
