摘    要:文章针对航天器载人密闭舱室用非金属材料的特殊要求,表征了特种壳聚糖纤维布的力学、电学和吸湿特性,同时对特种壳聚糖纤维布的阻燃性、毒性、逸出有害气体和抗菌防霉性能进行了系统的测试分析,并结合实际应用环境开展了材料对混合菌种的抗菌防霉特性研究。结果表明特种壳聚糖纤维布具有优异的阻燃、防静电和抗菌防霉特性,满足航天器载人密闭舱室对材料的应用需求。

Abstract:The special requirements for non-metallic materials in the sealed cabin of manned spacecraft are discussed in this paper. The basic mechanical, electrostatic, and hygroscopic properties of the specially-made chitosan fiber cloth are characterized. Meanwhile, the flammability, toxicity, and outgassing characteristics of the cloth are analyzed based on the test data. In view of the practical onboard environment, the antibacterial and mildew resistance tests of the chitosan fiber cloth with mixed space bacteria and molds are carried out. It is shown that the cloth enjoys excellent flame retardant, antistatic and antifungal properties, to meet the application requirements of the manned spacecraft.
