摘    要:综述了固体火箭发动机衬层粘接技术。介绍了衬层材料选择原则,分析了刷涂、喷涂、抛涂、离心和拉涂等成型工艺,讨论了界面粘接及其影响因素与改善途径,给出了前人的研究方法,阐述了衬层关键技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:The liner bonding technology of solid rocket motor was summarized in this paper.The design of liner formula was introduced.The forming technologies such as brush coating,spray coating,cast coating,centrifugal coating and pull coating were analyzed.The characterization of liner bonded interface and influencing factors of bonding property as well as the improving strategies were discussed.The study methods of the formers were given out.The developing trends of liner were also briefly introduced.
