| Abstract: | In this paper, basic theory and method of project management are expounded and procedures of project management implemented in scientific research for military products have been put forward. Difficulties have been pointed out for special attention and solution. Also, suggestions are proposed on the study of project management theory, survey of applied procedures, duty changes of management organizations and draw up of a complete system. |
