基于Internet的远程FMS故障诊断系统研究

摘    要:柔性制造系统是综合了机械、电子、管理、自动控制、计算机等先进的机电一体化制造系统。它组成的设备多、控制复杂,因而系统故障处理的难度高,能否实现快速的故障诊断和处理将影响FMS的推广和应用。文中运用Internet中基于Web的数据库技术探讨了如何对FMS故障进行异地、多专家协同参数的可行性,提出了基于Internet报远程FMS故障诊断系统的基本结构和功能。

Abstract:Flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is a mechatronic manufacturing system. It synthetically applies many advanced technologies, such as mechanism, electronics, management, automation and computer, etc. It is very difficult to deal with faults of the system, because many devices are included in a FMS and the scheduling process is very complicated. Whether quickly diagnose and deal with faults will influence the application of FMS. This paper discusses the technology of database based on Web and puts forward a remote diagnosis system for FMSs utilizing Internet and database based on Web. In this circumstance, many experts in FMSs can cooperate with the diagnosis of a FMS in different places. The framework, maneuver and the functions of a remote diagnosis system for FMSs are presented.
