喘振对组合压气机转子振动的影响

摘    要:压气机特性试验中逼喘是必须进行的,但它常常造成压气机转子振动过大,并对压气机转子造成一定的损伤.本文对组合压气机试验过程中发生的喘振现象进行了研究,并使用频谱分析的方法,总结了喘振对组合压气机转子振动影响的一些规律,提出了相应的措施.

Abstract:Forced surge test may cause over vibration and damage to the compressor rotor during the compressor characteristics test. This paper gives us a conclusion of some general rules of the effect of surge on vibration of combined compressor rotor and some corresponding measures to solve the problems, through investigation in the surge during the combined compressor test and analysis using frequency spectrum.
