基于定量曲率模态分析的分层损伤检测研究

摘    要:为研究基于振动分析的复合材料损伤定量检测方法,对含有不同长度分层损伤的复合材料梁,分别采用试验和有限元分析的方法进行静态和动态响应检测。样本分别进行了纯弯曲、剪切、自由振动和不同频率下的受迫振动试验。振动状态下的位移和加速度分布采用多普勒激光扫描振动仪测得。有限元分析采用ABAQUS6.9.1软件进行,并将分析结果与试验结果进行了对比。由此得出样本件的曲率模态响应,从而可以确定分层损伤区域的位置、大小及相关物理参数。

Abstract:To investigate the dynamics-based damage detection techniques of composite materials,both experimental and computational studies of the static and vibration behavior of composite beams containing delaminated damage of varying lengths are presented.The samples are subjected to pure bending,free end shearing,free vibration and forced vibration at several frequencies respectively.Under the vibration behavior the displacement and acceleration were measured with the scanning laser Doppler vibrometer.Finite element analysis is carried out with ABAQUS 6.9.1 and the results are compared with the experimental observations.The experimental and numerical curvature mode shapes are primarily used to detect the presence,location,and size of the damages.
