轴流风扇自噪声强度特性的数值研究

摘    要:利用流场/声场混合模型计算分析轴流风扇自噪声的强度特性。使用大涡模拟(LES)数值计算方法获取湍流流场信息,以此为输入,使用声类比方法噪声预测模型获得了不同来流条件下的自噪声频谱。0°攻角条件下,叶片噪声源主要位于叶片尾缘区域,并且叶背上的噪声强度大于叶盆;攻角增大和速度增大都会引起叶片自噪声强度的增大;攻角增大引起的噪声增大主要集中在低频区域。

Abstract:The flow field/sound field mixing model was used to analyze the intensity characteristics of axial fan self-noise.The numerical large eddy simulation(LES) was applied to obtain the turbulent flow field information,and then,the information was fed into an acoustics analogy noise prediction model to obtain the self-noise spectra at different inflow conditions.The paper indicates that region near the blade trailing edge is the main noise source at the zero degree attack angle,the noise intensity of convex surface is higher than the concave surface.The increase of attack angle and the inflow velocity both can introduce the increase of the blade self-noise intensity;and also,the increase of attack angle mainly introduces the increase of the noise at the low frequency range.
