摘    要:供配电测试系统的主要用途是在航天器测试全过程中,为航天器提供电源、向航天器发送有线指令、接收和测量航天器下行有线遥测信号。以往主流的供配电测试系统均为定制型,其研发成本较高、研制周期较长、可靠性较低。以主机-总线-板卡形式的通用供配电测试系统,实现了设备的定型和批量化生产,解决了不同型号需求定义不统一的问题,同时降低了研发成本、缩短了研制周期、提高了产品的可靠性。目前,该系统已成功应用在多个航天器的测试工作中,随着型谱的不断丰富和航天器型号的深入应用,将有着更广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The main function of the power supply and distribution test system is providing power for the spacecraft, sending cable instructions to the spacecraft, and receiving/disposing the cable telemetry signals downlink of the spacecraft, during the whole process of spacecraft system test. The mainstream power supply and distribution test systems are custom-made, which leads to higher R & D cost, longer development cycle and lower reliability. Universal power supply and distribution test system based on host bus and board realize the finalization and the batch production. It solves the problem of different spacecraft′s interface definition, and reduces the R&D cost, shorten the development cycle and improve the reliability of the product. At present, this system has been successfully applied to the testing of several spacecraft. With the continuous enrichment of the type spectrum and the deep application of the spacecraft model, it will have a wider application prospect in the future.
