摘    要:实验研究了超临界压力下航空煤油RP-3的氧化结焦特性.实验系统压力5 MPa,RP-3质量流速4g/s,实验段为外径2.2mm、内径1.8mm不锈钢管(材质:1Crl8Ni9Ti).通过改变进口温度80,100,127℃和150℃,研究了进口油温对RP-3氧化结焦的影响.实验采用近似等热流加热方式,管内壁面结焦通过称质法测量.实验结果表明:随进口温度的升高,结焦速率峰值位置大都向上游推移,且峰值高度有所增加;管内结焦总量随进口油温的升高先增加,当进口油温超过127℃后,管内结焦总量基本保持不变.
