| 摘 要： | 本文根据超声引起激光的Ｄｏｐｐｌｅｒ效应的多光束干涉原理，设计了一种对速度敏感的激光超声检测探头，该探头调节方便、工作性能稳定、抗干扰性强，具有很强的实用价值。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a probe design of sensitive to surface velocity of the target for laser-ultrasonic testing.Based on the fundamental works of Doppler effect for laser generated by ultrasonic vibration of the target surface and multi-beam of light interference.The probe advantage are adjustment convenience,work stabilization and practicability better. |
