Reporting goods and materials as worthless is an important sector of the management of goods and materials, and equipment and installations. Accurate judgment and correct handling are essen-tial for the improvement of utilization and avoidance of waste of national assets. This article focuses on four aspects of materials scrapping: identification of materials to be scrapped, evaluation of scrapped ma-terials, management of scrapped materials, and understanding of the work of handling scrapped materials and its management.
