立足民航,培养跨世纪高层次人才：——民航学院研究生教育初探

从社会需求、民航需求、民航学院自身的需求出发，分层次论述了培养跨世纪人才的重要意义。通过分析民航科技发展的特点，指出了民航跨世纪高层次人才应具备的素质。最后，根据学院的实际情况，着重从学科建设、课程设置、导师队伍建设、管理等方面提出了培养民航跨世纪高层次人才的几点思考。

With Civil Aviation As the Mainstay of Curriculum Strive to Produce High Quality Personnel for the 21st Century

Starting from the needs of the civil aviation industry,of other fields of endeavour as well as of the Civil Aviation University of China itself in its development, this paper discusses the significance of training personnel capable of meeting the needs of the 21st century. On the basis of analysing the characteristics of the development of the sciences and technologies in the civil aviation industry, the paper points out the qualities which the personnel needed by the civil aviation industry in the next century must possess. In conclusion, according to the actual conditions, it puts forwards some suggestions on how to bring up high quality personnel for the 21st century in terms of discipline construction, curriculum arrangement, teaching staff augmentation as well as management.
