| 摘 要： | 受有关人口模型启发，探讨下岗人口控制问题。假定目前国家所有岗位位置构成岗位系统，对进出这个系统的人口进行定量分析。建立一个简易数学模型，运用这个模型，针对预定的目标，可以实现下岗人口控制。

| Abstract: | Inspired by a population model, the author of the paper approaches the problem of laid-off population control. On the presumption that all the present posts in our country form a system,a quantitative analysis is made of the population coming in and out of the system so as to construct a simple and easy mathematical model whereby the laid-off population can be controlled in order to reach a predetermined objective. |
